• Turn off any automated signatures, verify that your email program is set to send in plain text only and that your document format is supported
• If sending Text File Formats (such as .doc, .rtf, .txt), you may attach UP TO 4 files, of the same format (you cannot attached more than one file format to the same email) to the email.
